Polaris offers a range of training to our customers, so they can grow their proficiency in using ProductWriter’s core features, through to mastering its advanced functionality. We recognise that training requirements will differ, so both off-the-shelf training packages and bespoke training are available.

Our objective is for our customers to grow their skills and be able to build and maintain insurance products in an efficient and timely manner. Our flexible approach means that you can learn at a time and pace that suits you. Blended learning options are available with both instructor led and online training.

All of our members will also have access to an online learning area and forum.

Learning Area

For on-going training our online learning area covers a wide range of topics, from the fundamentals through to advanced functionality. It is frequently updated with new features added to ProductWriter, so that users can keep up to date with the latest functionality.

Community Forum

Our online forum aims to keep users up to date with the latest releases, ProductWriter news & events, along with bitesize posts and videos of ProductWriter functionality. Users can also raise questions and comment on posts.
