ProductWriter Training & Development Programme Continues to Flourish

Our ProductWriter Training & Development Programme continues to see strong engagement in 2025. Since January, 75 individuals from 29 organisations have enrolled in online training via the ProductWriter Learning Area. Additionally, 22 participants from 3 organisations have joined instructor-led sessions, delivered both online and in person by CGI who have been instrumental in the development of ProductWriter over the years.

Launched in 2024, the programme features tailored learning pathways designed to help users build the skills needed to get the most out of ProductWriter.

Whether you’re looking for an introduction to using the ProductWriter Toolset or to increase your existing knowledge, our training and development programme offers a clear and structured route to your professional success.
