E-Trading survey: are service providers meeting broker needs?

In a follow up to Insurance Times’ annual 5 Star E-Trading survey, which gathered feedback from over 800 brokers on e-Trading service providers, Polaris’ Head of imarket Simon Bloomfield comments:

“Digital trading has offered trading and distribution efficiency to both brokers and insurers for simpler risks for a number of years. We are now increasingly seeing a growing appetite amongst brokers and insurers as they are reimagining how digital could help their businesses.

Against that backdrop, the Insurance Times e-Trading survey provides a good barometer for broker sentiment, offering a sense check over what really matters to them.”
